Even though the show was in Laval, Quebec it was noted by David Draiman throughout the show as ‘Montreal’.
The Disturbed show opened with a long video montage, filled with different eras of video footage all with relevance to the theme of this tour on ‘Addiction’.

The band consisting of David Draiman (Lead Singer), Dan Donegan (Lead Guitarist), John Moyer (Bass Guitarist) and Mike Wengren (Drummer) came out on stage to ‘Are You Ready’ their latest hit single, then quickly followed up with ‘Prayer’.

Draiman was a great preacher throughout the night on all different levels, from addiction to politics, a great soulful and strong minded man!

After a strong performance of Genesis’ ‘Land of Confusion’, they showed another video montage of Draiman preaching further on the very important subject of addiction, while the band got set on a smaller stage for ‘A Reason to Fight’ and ‘Watch you Burn’.

Returning to the main stage, we got the pleasure of seeing Dan Donegan setup on the grand piano to play ‘Sound of Silence’ alongside a violinist and cellist on stage with more pyrotechnics for this ambitious crowd.

During the band’s encore, Draiman invited a mother daughter duo up on stage, and added some humor hoping “they would be able to speak English” to hear ‘The Light’, ‘Stricken’ and ‘No More’ and finishing the night with nothing other than ‘Down with the Sickness’ to leave the fans wanting more.
